1. Election of Officers
   That two persons be elected as Vice Presidents and Directors of the Association for the period April 2021 to September 2022
2. Confirm Appointment of Other Officeholders and Board of Directors
   That the appointment of other officeholders and new Board of Directors proposed by the President is confirmed

As a member of the Company, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at the General Meeting.
